Marilyn Monroe Sings

On this day in 1962, Marilyn Monroe sang Happy Birthday to President John F. Kennedy.

So, I have a question. How did they get her dress to blow up in ‘Some Like It Hot’? Was it just a simple air vent or did they use air tools of some kind to make it happen?
